For over 28 years, Brant has helped home buyers with their mortgage needs. During his extensive career, Brant has worked in and managed many aspects of lending and is no stranger to high standards. With a firm belief that a mortgage team should be synonymous with impactful change, Colten Mortgage came to exist as a value adding resource to buyers and the real estate industry in 2017.

Amy Abeyta
Amy is no stranger to exceptional partner relationships. Her work with builders across the nation to deliver a superior home buying experience is simply unmatched and a vital necessity in the home buying process. Amy is passionate about delivering on the American Dream of homeownership and works strategically with builders to ensure that the process of purchasing a new construction home is streamlined and buyer friendly. Amy’s expansive background has provided the chance to serve clients on both the construction and the lending side of the new home building process. Her experiences bring unique insight into the home buying experience and makes her a valuable resource to the buyers she and Colten Mortgage represent.
Jim Stuart
In his role as branch manager, Jim works to leverage his more than 20 years of experience as a mortgage loan professional to support his dynamic team and to create an assurance of close for their home buyers and their referral partners. The financial aspects of new construction home buying can be stressful and can feel overwhelming, but they don’t have to be when a person has a trained and caring professional in their corner. Jim is focused on curating the best possible buyer experience by setting expectations with his team and leading by example. Throughout the loan process, Jim ensures every Nashville Branch client is properly positioned to achieve their goals and experiences a seamless and stress-free transaction.
Brennan Harper
Born and raised right here in Middle TN, Brennan is no stranger to helping local and out of state families find their dream home. He is passionate about the goal of homeownership and takes pride in working diligently for his clients, going above and beyond to ensure their high expectations are met. Believing that clear and concise communication is a pivotal part of the home buying process, Brennan ensures his clients will be informed and comfortable when purchasing a home. When Brennan is not working, you can find him on a baseball field, entertaining family and friends or adventuring outdoors. He also helps run a travel baseball organization which includes mentoring and training young athletes.
